By accessing, registering on, or using the 111taya Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with 111taya's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

Use of the 111taya Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout your use of the Platform:

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 111taya will never ask for your password. Any activity occurring under your Account is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified 111taya of unauthorized access. You agree to contact 111taya support immediately via live chat if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account.
In compliance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable anti-money laundering regulations, 111taya requires all players to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests. Acceptable identification documents include PhilSys National ID, UMID, Philippine passport, driver's license, or other PAGCOR-approved government-issued identification. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

All transactions on the 111taya Platform are processed exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). No currency conversion is applied. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment method limits may apply per your bank or e-wallet provider's terms.
All deposit funds must originate from a payment account held in your own name. 111taya does not accept deposits from payment methods registered in third-party names. Deposits suspected of being made for money laundering or other illegal purposes will be frozen and reported to the appropriate authorities. 111taya does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the verified payment method associated with your 111taya Account. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) business day depending on your financial institution. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be satisfied:
111taya may impose daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits at its discretion. VIP players may be subject to enhanced withdrawal limits as communicated through the VIP program terms. Any applicable limits will be displayed in your account dashboard at the time of withdrawal request.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 111taya are subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions set out in the individual promotion's terms. Where these Terms & Conditions conflict with specific promotion terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
Bonus funds and winnings derived from free spins must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated at the time any bonus is offered. 111taya reserves the right to withhold withdrawal requests where wagering requirements have not been met and to recover bonus amounts from withdrawals.
111taya reserves the right to refuse, modify, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts. Creating accounts or making deposits solely for the purpose of bonus collection without genuine gaming activity constitutes abuse and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

All casino games and lottery-style products available on the 111taya Platform utilize independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems and are not subject to manipulation by 111taya or its operators. In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during an active game round, 111taya will attempt to resolve the interrupted round according to the rules of the relevant game. Where resolution is not possible, the player's wager for that round will be refunded to their Wallet. 111taya is not responsible for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
A malfunction voids all pays and plays. In the event that a software malfunction, error, or fault results in an incorrect outcome or an erroneous display of a winning result, 111taya reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager amount. Any winnings paid out in error due to a malfunction may be reclaimed by 111taya.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 111taya Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:
Zero Tolerance Policy: 111taya operates a zero-tolerance policy for any form of fraud or attempted manipulation. Where criminal conduct is suspected, 111taya will cooperate fully with PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities.
All content on the 111taya Platform — including but not limited to software, games, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, images, audio, video, and interface design — is owned by or licensed to 111taya and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 111taya Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

111taya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it determines that the Account holder has violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided fraudulent information, or if required to do so by PAGCOR or other regulatory authority.
If an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 111taya may forfeit all or part of the balance held in the Account, including pending withdrawal requests. If an Account is closed by mutual agreement or at the player's own request and no Terms violations are involved, any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after applicable deductions.
Players may request account closure at any time by contacting 111taya's live chat support. Account closure requests under self-exclusion will be processed immediately. Standard closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, during which time access to the Account will be maintained.
111taya reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the registered mobile number or email address on file, and an updated version will be published at 111taya.vip/terms-conditions with the revised effective date.
Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.3 above.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any disputes relating to their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
Players who have a complaint or dispute regarding the 111taya Platform are encouraged to first contact 111taya's customer support team to seek resolution. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through 111taya's internal complaints process, players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaints procedures.
Any dispute raised by a player must be submitted within ninety (90) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. 111taya will not entertain claims submitted outside this timeframe.
